A personal development programme for people who are just starting their career in the social sector to develop skills and confidence.
Rank Aspire Programme
For young leaders aged 18 to 24 who aspire to develop their leadership skills for social good.
School Leadership Award
For sixth form pupils who have outstanding leadership potential.
Community Action Placements
Young people with strong leadership skills take part in a placement with an organisation from our Network.
Rank Leaders Action Group
The Rank Leaders Action Group (RLAG) was established in December 2015 to include members of the Network in the Foundation’s decision making.
