Rank Ripples – Spring 2026 Edition

19 May 2026   /   Nhung Phung

The Power of Trust

Trust is often spoken about as a value in the social sector, but this edition explores trust not as a ‘nice to have’ but as a strategy.

With a foreword from our CEO, Caroline Broadhurst, it features stories from our Network members who explore trust through crisis response, shared leadership, personal growth, and organisational change.

Kerry Whitehead-Dymond reflects on how trust shaped The Rank Foundation’s response during times of crisis. Helen Stockdale and James Watt’s Rees explore the development of the RankNet Leaders Action Group (RLAG) and shared governance, while Kai Wooder considers how trust must be actively exercised. Jo Lorenz reflects on our new EDI programme, The Change We Lead, and Maggie Moody shares her experience of our Profit for Good programme. Our Director of Education, John Hind, also provides the usual Fellowship update.

We hope you enjoy reading this edition of Ripples!
