Communications & Impact Officer (London)

An exciting opportunity to join the Rank Foundation team in London as a Communications and Impact Officer through the Time to Shine leadership programme. As part of the Time to Shine 2024 Cohort, you will be supported through learning conferences, leadership days, action learning and will have access to career relevant training and qualifications.

The Communications and Impact Officer is a creative and proactive ambassador of the Foundation’s thriving Network. As Communications and Impact Officer, you will embed yourself in the work of the Foundation to identify, curate and communicate stories and ideas that further the Foundation’s mission. You will have a good eye for finding engaging stories and a passion for developing them.

Day-to-day this will include offering support, processes and resources to enable Rank’s staff to work with you to improve Rank’s external and internal communications, including the co-working tenants at our co-working space in Shoreditch. You will research and produce quality digital content, and with guidance from the external comms consultancy team work on the website, social media, magazine and podcast. In addition, you will create a library of existing evaluations, films and impact reports with our new brand and distribute to interested parties.

Facilities Officer (London)

The Facilities Officer is responsible for supporting and ensuring smooth running of the Garden Walk office/ Coworking Space including direct assistance with facilities, health and safety and administration. The postholder will work closely with the Assistant Director of Operations (ADO), Front of House (FOH) and other members of the Rank Foundation Team.

This is an exciting time to join us in our newly refurbished London office in the heart of Shoreditch. It is the central hub from which all our exciting work stems. We are now looking for someone who will support us in delivering our mission and operating the new Garden Walk building. The role will include assisting with the management of our new facilities including lettings with a strong focus on service and high standards and general office duties.
