How do the interviews work?

Regional interviews (via Zoom or in person) will take place in October/ November 2021.

The interview panel includes representatives from The Rank Foundation, The National Lottery Community Fund and Time to Shine alumni. The potential leader and manager both attend on behalf of the organisation.
